Refunds for accidental in-app purchases

The accidental purchased in-app goods must be unused in order to receive a refund. If so please proceed as follows:

Apple App Store

All payments on this platform go through Apple iTunes Store and are not directly handled by ChastiKey.

In order to request a refund you will need to contact Apple Support by following this link:https://www.apple.com/support/itunes/account

It is recommend that you add a transaction history to your request in order to speed up the process. If you are unsure how to gather this data, please have a look at the following guide:

Google Play Store

All payments on this platform go through Google Play and are not directly handled by ChastiKey.

However, if you made a payment through Google Play and require a refund, please email kevin@chastikey.com and add proof of payment such as the order/transaction number to the email.

The order number can also be found in the email receipt from Google when you made the purcase.
